A free speech right to library Internet access?
The Washington Supreme Court recently heard oral arguments on the question of whether a library must provide unfettered Internet access (or at least honor requests to allow access to specific sites).
I am a lawyer living in Pensacola, Florida, and licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Former journalist and web developer. Married, with two wonderful children and two enthusiastic dogs. Grew up largely in Florida. Went to law school at Temple University, in Philadelphia, where I could be near relatives and my family roots (many generations in PA). Back in Florida now, enjoying the breeze coming across the bay.
